Weird Paul
there’s plenty of literature out there (toyfare magazine / ‘mastering the universe’) on the behind the scenes and business practices of the ‘masters of the universe’ franchise. the collusion of mattel, filmation and the blessing of the reagan administration; legislation was changed to allow productions like this to go ahead. it’s only as an adult you see how cynical and manipulative these cartoons can be as adverts for toys; but as a kid it provided so much entertainment and excitement. ok; and as an adult!
