I always enjoy these types of episodes! I met Shatner in Chicago last year at a showing of ST “Into Darkness” and had to pay the big $$ for a pic & his autograph. Didn’t even get to chat with the guy!!
And I meant that as in I enjoy hearing that there are at least some “cool” enough celebrities out there who are willing to at least give their fans 2 minutes of their time! Kari Wuhrer & Megan Ward sounded cool as hell! So much for Katey Sagel…but at least you got Faustino. Also, I was surprised how funny & interesting that panel with the Eddie & The Cruisers dudes was!
gedde watanabe – what a nice guy!
Smidge, the panel was good because I love that movie, and Michael Pare is a really funny guy. I read about that Shatner movie/signing in Chicagoland. I have met him (briefly) twice, and I am surprised at how nice and yet reserved he is. Though when he “turns it on” he does get wacky.
hey guys,
i love your show (dicovered it about a year ago).
i like the concept of two guys just talking about stuff, although i am not too familiar with american “popculture” and also not a big fan of the transformers tv show, i find your podcast very interesting and entertaining.
greetings
andre from germany (now hangzhou)
I have a YT I posted of meeting The Shat last year (lol)!— http://youtu.be/NSfBUHezohI
I wish all celebrities were as friendly and talkative as Gedde Watanabe, Kari Wuhrer, Megan Ward, Don “The Dragon” Wilson, Caroll Sinney, Raye Hollitt, Marina Sirtis, Terry Farrell, Dustin Diamond, Samantha Fox, Steve Guttenberg, Larry Kenney, Chuck McCann, Lorenzo Lamas, Michael Dudikoff, etc. at these events.
If we ever get to meet Katey Sagal, I hope she’s like them.
