of all the films i saw in the cinema, i’m proudest of seeing ‘transformers – the movie’ in the summer of 1986. along with my three friends, i think there was maybe two other people in there. it was also the first VHS tape i bought with my own money. i still have the tape cover to this day.
I still have my Transformers: The Movie VHS tape too: https://www.paunchstevenson.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/transformers-the-movie-fhe-vhs.jpg
It was released by Family Home Entertainment (F.H.E.) in the U.S. I received it for Christmas in 1989 and watched it dozens of times.
